These factors represent the core of this project with MK Reinigung GmbH – for its 10th anniversary the cleaning company wanted to relaunch its website with a new online presence that lives up to today’s brand and that propels the company’s expansion.

The MK Reinigung GmbH provides services in the cleaning and facility services industry – in the private as well as the industrial sector. The company was founded ten years ago – since then the MK Reinigung GmbH maintains and curates the properties and outdoor facilities of an ever-expanding clientele.

Timely And Content-Related Planning

In a first step, our team defined the main goals of the project in close collaboration with the client: the relaunch of the website including the reorganization of all the services, the aesthetic redesign of the website as well as the creation of the entire content – which, of course, has been SEO-optimized. In the process, the original website has been redesigned and replaced by an online presence with a much better usability and user experience.  

Project schedule: Our consulting team compiled an overview of all the tasks that needed to be performed and prioritized them subsequently. Thanks to this approach, we are able to estimate the project schedule, plan our capacity correctly and schedule potential challenges and obstacles. Hereby we guarantee a successful project completion – in due time and the requested quality. By scheduling buffer time, we were able to react to additional client wishes and to implement them without postponing the appointed day of the launch. After all, we know that a high-quality online presence is crucial for customer acquisition and retention – whilst a useless, unprofessional website can damage the company’s image. 

Idea generation & design: Communicating with our clients on a regular basis is the foundation of our way of working. Regular consultations and feedback discussions are a crucial factor contributing to the project’s success. We live up to this approach by presenting interim results in order to get the client’s feedback. For the website’s redesign, our team of designers has created a style guide which presents design elements, colors and fonts that fit the brand personality. The main colors for MK Reinigung GmbH have also been adopted for the website redesign. They were blue and green – colors that not only create a compelling visual effect, but that also represent the company’s main values. After all, green symbolizes hope and safety, whilst blue is soothing and conveys clarity as well as trustworthiness. A coherent color scheme and visual language on the entire website provide a stringent look and a coherent design. The optimization of the design and the incorporation of current trends have also been a priority. The online presence should not look excessively over-designed – but still be up-to-date. Our design team accomplished these goals thanks to modern, minimalistic elements and a clearly structured website.

Function extension: Since MK Reinigung GmbH’s website presents innumerous services, their reorganization and neat arrangement was one of our main focuses. We therefore organized the services using a mega menu which we divided into three main categories. By clicking on the respective service, users get redirected to another page that provides an extensive service description and further details. In order to optimize orientation and intuitive usage, we also optimized the main menu bar. The new MK Reinigung GmbH website consists of a homepage, the services, the about us and blog section as well as the reference section. And last but not least: the contact page. Furthermore, all main and sub-pages include call-to-action buttons that redirect users to other pages and the contact page. 

Challenges: The biggest challenge has been the organization of the services, the allocation of texts and the optimization of website performance. This is important, because – using slow loading websites – visitors and thus potential clients may be bouncing from the online presence. The integration of SEO-optimized texts is just as important, since Google classifies the website according to its content. We included relevant keywords in the texts that help Google assess MK Reinigung GmbH’s page. Our team has overcome these challenges in the wink of an eye – therefore, the new MK Reinigung GmbH website lives up to any and all technical as well as design standards.
